Nicole Catania has been an essential part of our team since 2020 and stepped into the role of office manager in 2023. She brings dedication, warmth, and a genuine commitment to making every client’s experience smooth and welcoming.
Before joining our practice, Nicole worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and in office administration. This unique blend of medical and administrative experience gives her a calm, capable presence and a deep understanding of what clients need during stressful moments.
Nicole’s friendly demeanor and bright smile help set the tone for our office. She works hard behind the scenes to make sure each client has the information, support, and guidance they need to feel comfortable and confident as they begin their work with our therapists.
